I work with 400 lb Holstein steers and take them to finish.  I have 4 groups going at a time of about 240 steers in each group.  The main issues prior to using AAP products was just keeping them alive.  In this process, I have very little control over how they are raised from newborn to 400lb which adds another hurdle to surpass when I get them.  Antibiotics generally don’t work and it came down to what other tools do I have in my toolbox to help these calves.  Reconditioning their respiratory and digestive systems to toughen them up is what was needed and AAP products have really helped with this.  

 I have a whole protocol with your products from using PS and Breathe-Rite LQ in the water to using Start-Rite in the TMR until we switch over to By-O-reg+ in the TMR until finished.  

I would say that prior to using these products, my death loss was on average 12-15% and since using these products, it’s down to 5% now.  All the products are great but Breathe-Rite has really helped with the respiratory health of my calves.  And I can just tell all the way through that these cattle are just more content, all the way to finish weight.  They are just relaxed and content and you can just tell they feel good.
