Eligibility and Duration: These promotional terms apply only to orders placed between August 11, 2025 and September 26, 2025 at 12:00 PM CST. Orders submitted after the deadline will not be eligible for promotional pricing. No exceptions.
Promotional Discounts: Mineral Products $50.00 off per ton (equivalent to $1.25 per bag). Must be ordered in 1-ton increments only. Start-Rite and Start-Rite+BR $2.00 discount per bag. Must be ordered in increments of 20 bags or more. Tub Products Discounts based on pallet quantity ordered: 3 to 9 pallets: $30 off per pallet, 10 to 19 pallets: $40 off per pallet, 20+ pallets: $60 off per pallet. All tub orders must be placed in full pallet quantities.
Pricing and Payment Terms: All promotional pricing is fixed only during the promotion period. Pricing is quoted FOB from Advanced Ag Products’ facility. Distributors will be charged freight if AAP delivers products directly to their customers, based on mileage from AAP’s primary location. Full payment is due upon delivery.
Ordering Requirements: All orders must be submitted using the official AAP Sales Form. Orders must comply with minimum order quantities as stated above.
Delay Ship Orders: Must be submitted by September 26, 2025 at 12:00 PM CST. Delivery must occur by December 12, 2025. AAP is not responsible for delays due to weather, transportation disruptions, or production issues.
Order Finalization: Once submitted, orders are final and no changes will be accepted. Absolutely no exceptions.
Payment Methods: To qualify for the ACH discount, a signed ACH Authorization Form must be on file or submitted with the order. We also accept John Deere Financial. For check payments: A photo of the check must accompany the order. If not possible, the customer must pay via ACH or contact Janel for alternative arrangements.
Lead Time & Fulfillment: Standard lead time for tub orders is 21 working days from order acceptance. Sales people/Distributors/Dealers are advised not to overpromise delivery timelines to their customers/clients. AAP is not liable for any delay in fulfillment caused by factors beyond its control.
Acceptance: Submission of an order under this promotion confirms that the customer has read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined herein.
